Every project is different – and that’s what I love about it.

New challenges, different team dynamics, fresh domains, evolving technologies, and, most importantly, the incredible people I get to connect with.

Consulting has pushed me to experiment with diverse roles, discover my strengths, and learn through trial and error. Some things work out, others don’t, but every experience builds my toolkit – the lessons I apply, the advice I pass on, and the perspectives that help me (and my clients) make better decisions.

The moment Amita stepped into the world of consulting.

One of the most fulfilling parts of my journey at Escient has been supporting our graduates as a Grad Coordinator. Helping soon-to-be consultants bridge the gap between study and industry is incredibly rewarding watching them gain confidence, refine their skills, and step into their careers with a strong foundation.

Escient’s Graduate Program provides mentorship, hands-on learning, and structured opportunities that shape adaptable, capable professionals.

I’ve seen firsthand how these experiences equip grads with the tools to navigate challenges, grow their expertise, and build their professional connections. I feel it is a real privilege to be part of that process and is a chance to pay forward the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
