Our Graduate Program is designed to support the next generation of Escient Consultants. We’re pleased to kick off another exciting year and invite you to be part of it.
Applications for Escient’s 2026 Graduate Program are now open. Now in its fifth year, the “Experience Everything” program continues to grow, offering new Graduates the chance to build their consulting skills, gain exposure to a range of disciplines, and shape their future careers.
The 12-month program begins in February 2026 and includes full-time employment, hands-on client work, formal training, and guidance from experienced consultants.
Jennifer James Moothedan, mid-way through her Graduate year, shares–
“The pace of the Graduate Program has kept me on my toes, in the best way possible. Every week brings something new. It’s been a crash course in consulting, but also in confidence. I’ve learned to navigate ambiguity, ask better questions, and back myself. It’s exciting to feel like I’m not just learning the ropes but actively shaping the kind of consultant I want to become.”
Now settled into his role as a Level 1 Consultant, 2024 Graduate Diego Mercado comments–
“When you first start the Graduate Program, everything feels new and unfamiliar, and it’s easy to feel like you don’t know much. But by the end, almost without realising it, you begin thinking and speaking like a consultant. For me, the biggest achievement has been looking back and recognising just how much I’ve grown.”

About the Graduate Program
Starting in February 2026 our 12-month program is designed to launch you into the role of an Escient Consultant. You’ll dive into real-life, impactful projects alongside experienced Consultants and Escient clients, taking on invaluable hands-on experience across various consulting areas and skills. In this journey, we’ll support you in channeling your passion into your preferred areas.
You’ll also participate in a structured training curriculum focused on building the essential skills, knowledge, and capabilities that will set you up for success. Plus, you’ll join a supportive network of fellow Graduates, learning and experiencing the consulting world together.
